Workshop: Delivering a Large-Scale Ecosystem Strategy

Every learning ecosystem is different. There can never be a one-size-fits-all approach because your ecosystem has to be tailored to your educational mission and approach and to fit with constraints imposed by existing infrastructure and statutory requirements. Whether you are designing an ecosystem for your institution, a whole nation or an international collaboration, our experts can offer tips and good practice to help you improve efficiency and power learner potential. After some short ‘position statements’ from a range of people who are working on these issues, the group will decide collectively which topics to address with their peers. You should leave the workshop with an outline project initiation document for developing your ecosystem and have done a deeper dive into a range of topics pertinent to your situation.
